I honestly didn't expect to love these glasses as much as I do 😭 Shipping took a bit longer than I anticipated, but it was worth it! The difference I felt the first time I wore them was incredible! Customer support was also very kind and quick to assist with my questions. I'm really impressed. Definitely recommending this seller to friends!
I purchased the red lens blue light glasses during a 2-for-1 deal and have been wearing them for about a week. My eyes feel so much better using these. I'm experiencing little to no strain even after long periods on the computer. I initially thought the red lenses would be too dark for distinguishing colors on the screen, but they feel really natural after a day or two. I'll continue to wear them daily and nightly. I also contacted customer service regarding the different lenses and got a kind, helpful reply within 24 hours. Thank you!
I would definitely recommend Aouhra to friends. The quality of the glasses is great. I like how lightweight they are and how comfortable they are to wear. Definitely a staple around our house at night. And we have tried multiple different brands. The customer service team was also awesome and replaced a pair when one of the bands broke. Definitely 10/10!
I keep trying to return these glasses because they are a cheap scam. I keep getting the same message about "a new free pair" and a choice for an additional free item. I've answered thus message twice and no response. I will be more careful about trusting products that Instagram advertises.
I never received my order, i contacted via different ways. Through email, through instagram, through the website. NEVER got ANY answer!! BAD customer service, i requested for a refund, NO reaction. I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP!!!Update: finally I got help via instragram with kind customer service. Also received the refund.
This company is a complete scam. They sent me the wrong order and I had to email multiple times to get a reply from Michelle (Customer Service Rep).She ensured me that they would fix the issue on 3 different occasions, but never fixed it. I had to reach out to them to ask about this and every time they just said they would fix the issue and send me new glasses, but again never did...I would absolutely avoid them at all costs. Also, the glasses I did receive are no different from the $10 frames you can buy on amazon. Instagram drop shipping slop that is not worth your money or time.
