I won free bet reward on this casino, and I hope I didn't.After winning free bet I won around 12 USDT on this casino. The funds were locked and there was no clear information about minimum withdrawal limit, just that I need to deposit more money. I asked customer support about it and they told me that I can't withdraw less than 50 USDT.I know from previous casinos I used that there is mandatory wagering required on newly deposited funds, before you withdraw them.Before depositing I clearly asked customer support what is wagering requirement that should be wagered before withdrawal could be made. I also asked if all the games can be used to fulfill wagering requirement. Their answer was that I need to do 1x wagering and can use any game to complete wagering requirement.After that I made two deposits of 21.75 and 27.45 USDT. After some wagering on Robo dice game I tried to make withdrawal, which was declined. There wasn't any information available how much wagering has been done, so I had to ask Customer support to check my wagering manually. After telling me that my acknowledged wagering was only 1 USD, I asked them why was my other wagering not counted as I wagered way more than that.Their answer is that I was using "strategies" and was unfair towards casino and must follow "principles of even game".Of course after I asked them to state what exactly they define as "strategies", "even game" and "fair play" they just ignored my questions and told me to play slots, which I don't like playing, to complete wagering requirement of my own deposit.
