Habe jetzt die 7. Woche hinter mir und hatte in dieser Zeit noch kein einziges Mal Heißhunger auf was Süßes. Die Ernährungspläne werden auf einem passend erstellt, die sind einfach und ausreichend, da hat man kein Gefühl zu hungern. Fragen werden in kürzester Zeit beantwortet und man bekommt immer Hilfe. Workouts sind auch toll. Durch die Check Ins und dem positiven motivierenden Feedback von Dennis, startet man super in die nächste Woche. Dadurch hab ich gelernt, dass auch andere Dinge wie schöneres Hautbild, Fettab- bzw. Muskelaufbau genauso wertvoll sind wie Gewichtsverlust oder weniger Umfang.
