2 months waiting to get a resolution on a lost package from B&Q.Got an email notification to say package was delivered - it wasn't. Raised this issue with GLS customer support, they looked into it and admitted they were at fault.But GLS wouldn't notify B&Q or give me any kind of reference number. They said I had to get B&Q to reach out to them to resolve the issue. So now I'm chasing B&Q customer service like a jackals, still not sorted.I would never choose GLS as a courier based on this interaction
We had Sliderobes fitted in our bedroom 2024. Only the doors were replaced but was pleased with the outcome so when we decided to replace the wardrobe doors in another bedroom we decided to again have Sliderobes. They came to measure up & discuss what we wanted, gave us a quote & we ordered there & then. We now have the doors fitted, it took the fitter just an hr from start to finish, were very pleased with them. We had to take off the old doors & get the room ready so there was nothing blocking their way. The opening just needed a bit of packing as it was not even then the frame & doors fitted.
Purchased a Protect Plus 36 month policy with AA. I have had to use the policy twice so far. Once for a NOX sensor and then again for a broken coil spring. Both times it has been effortless to claim with OEM parts and all labour / diagnosis approved for payment. If you use an approved AA repairer you don't even have to pay out and claim back as AA pay the mechanic direct. Best warranty I could find.
With any warranty you can never be sure whether the issue you have will be covered. After a initial phone call with Opteven I was sent a list of local garages which are authorised to carry out repairs. I visited Fox Landrovers who within 15 minutes had submitted a claim form to Opteven for the repair, after about two hours I’d received confirmation that the claim had been accepted and booked in with the said garage.
Gabor’s PMP course is excellent and challenging as you progress thru his program. His one-on-one discuss really gave me the opportunity to ask questions but to also use my listening skills to absorb and write down his comments. Highly recommend this course if you are serious about passing the PMP certification test!!
