The driver couldn't find the parcel , he promised to return when he had found it. 20 mins later he delivered 10/10 great service

Could not get intouch with Customer services!

Absolutely bombarded with emails telling me the day and time of my delivery. However let down twice , waited 2 evenings to be informed with no reason why they were cancelled. Further more your sytem of CONTACT is useless. Send many emails but where not excepted? I won't use you again.Aslo I could not get messages of my total frustration to as ask to to yoyr customer services. ?, They don't exist ?? - your system does not help or benefit your costumers! Very disoiponted. M winlow

Great Service from DHL & it's Courier.

I was informed by the tracking information at all times as to where my parcel was at. The courier delivered my parcel as per my instructions & also delivered my parcel with care. Many thanks to that courier. Great Service from DHL & it's Courier.
