Can I leave 100 out of 10!!! If you’re going to buy a car from honest, caring staff this is the place to come. Fernando was simply the best. My car got stolen, he walked me through getting another, transferring my servicing agreements from the other car. He has such knowledge about the cars, helped me buy what I needed not the most expensive I could get. I simply cannot recommend this garage enough, all the staff were friendly, making sure I was being attended to without being in your face. I have been buying cars for over 38 years now and I will not go anywhere else. Professional, caring, knowledgeable and great coffee.
The delivery driver made absolutely no attempt to approach the door of my house. He left my parcels on the pillar on the side of a very busy main road which allowed it to be very easily stolen, (We have CCTV footage of no attempt to approach the door or drive way) Also one of my parcels was electrical which was able to be seen on the packaging of the box and he left it in the rain which could have damaged product. This is the only delivery service that I have ever experienced poor delivery effort from. I'm very lucky a family member just by chance happened to notice my parcel while arriving to the house. Someone was also home if they had just bothered to ring the door bell and leave it at front door.
Ordered from MandM on the 10th of January, order dispatched on the 11th. I received an email from GLS saying they have my parcel and will deliver it on the 15th. I didn't receive my parcel and checked tracking on the 16th and it said undelivered. I rang GLS and the lady said the driver was too busy to deliver it and all she could do was send him a message. I checked tracking on the 18th it said my parcel was back in the centres. I emailed GLS asking where my parcel is and got an automatic reply saying someone will reply as soon as they can. I haven't heard back and my parcel is still in the parcel centre. I am so disappointed and will avoid buying from companies that use GLS to deliver.
I had a very frustrating experience with the service. I waited three days for my delivery, but the driver never arrived at my location even once. Each day, the tracking was updated with the same note stating "no one was at home," which was completely false — I was present all three days. There was no doorbell, no knock, and no call. Ultimately, I had to switch the delivery to parcel pickup just to finally get my package. This was a significant waste of time and very upsetting. The company needs to enhance delivery accuracy and driver responsibility.
