Horrendous company to deal with. Parcel was sent then got lost in their warehouse. I had to go chasing its whereabouts. When it was eventually found it looked like it had gone 10 rounds with Tyson!! Contacted customer service had to send in pictures, I've no problem with that. Then get told its not really their problem. NEVER will I use them again!

I got notification today in the morning that my parcel will be delivered today.. at afternoon i called them 2 times and they told me “ dont worry, its on the way and will be delivered til 5:30pm, didnt happen… i wrote email 2 times… didnt get answer…And at 9:14pm i got notification that the parcel could not be delivered due traffic problems..😂I believe they are under pressure( the drivers) but the customer service could do more then f”ping in the office please? Thank you
