Great service and very helpful in facilitating a delivery for me, Natalie in the office was so helpful in tracing the package for me and advising of when the delivery would be, the delivery driver was also very polite and helpful in getting the parcel from his truck and making sure I was able to get it inside my home. Gabor was very helpful. He was always available to answer questions. The additional study material he provided was extremely helpful when studying to the CAPM exam. The weekly study group was a great. The Facebook page was great. I would recommend working with Gabor!!!
Parcel meant to be delivered last Friday as paid for the delivery for that date. On Monday the tracker said it would be delivered, no package arrived. Same thing Wednesday. Emails to customer service completely ignored I rang the depot Wednesday morning and was assured it would be delivered. I rang again Thursday when it was not and was told they only have two drivers and that if i want to come to the depot to collect it I can. Firstly I didn’t pay for delivery for me to go collect it myself. Secondly if you don’t have enough drivers then don’t take on the work as An Post are delivering everything ahead of time at the moment and could easily meet the delivery dates instead. I went to order Christmas presents over the last few days but any time I see it will be coming with GLS I do not put through the order. The worst experience I have ever had with a delivery.

The Pro Study Group material was useful in my preparation, the training and learning videos filled my knowledge gap. On the other hand, I understood the PMI mindset through the free weekly sessions, Gabor explains very well why memorization is not the way for passing the exam and how answer the tricky questions.Without the study group and Gabor mentoring my CAPM preparation journey would have been interrupted again (three times interrupted) because I felt motivated with the success stories, and comments by the test takers were a plus.Finally, I would like to highlight the difficulty level of MOCK exams (Pro membership), Free Practice Questions and CAPM exam is similar.Thanks Gabor for this endeavor, because the Weekly Sessions and Practice questions are Free.I would like to see these efforts in my country and in my language.
