I have worked with Wendi Wills for 15+ years, and I am the first to admit that I am not an easy client to please. Wendi is doing an amazing job in giving personalized service for the most important of the small asset carrier operations - cash flow.
I had some concerns at first, but after speaking with Wendi and getting more clarification, I understand their position a lot better.Overall, this factoring company is solid, though not anything exceptional. The benefits are pretty limited—they might send small gifts occasionally, which is nice but doesn’t add much real value.Their rates can go up to around 4%, which is a bit higher than some competitors. I originally felt they weren’t very proactive when a broker didn’t pay, but after learning more about the situation, it makes more sense. In this case, the company that defaulted caused major losses (around $4M), and the bond wasn’t really worth pursuing. So while it can still be frustrating, I understand why things were handled the way they were.They do offer a diesel discount at TA Truck Stops, which is a useful perk if you fuel there often.Overall, it’s a reliable company with some room for improvement, but they’re operating within real industry limitations
