We viewed 2 properties with Jacqui Brooks from AP Morgan today and, again, Jacqui was very knowledgeable about the properties and gave us plenty of time to view the properties and ask our questions.
I have been provided a gold standard five star service during my few months of my conveyancing period. I have had regular detailed updates and constant reassurance from Nikki and Dave at the Shirley/Solihull office who facilitated the lines of communications between the solicitors and have provided me with excellent support through the process.
Viewed 5 Foxhills Road today with Corinne from AP Morgan and it was a really smooth experience. The viewing was well organised and relaxed, everything was explained clearly, and there was no pressure. Communication was good and the whole process felt straightforward.
