Cannot Access Meal Vouchers

I am reaching out again regarding my card, which I still have not received, despite numerous emails sent to the team and to HR at my company. I cannot access or use any vouchers because the platform requires the card number, which I cannot provide since I have never received it. This issue has persisted for months and is preventing me from accessing a significant portion of my compensation. Could you please confirm if a card was ever dispatched and send a replacement card immediately if the original is missing? I would appreciate a quick resolution, as this situation is becoming increasingly problematic. Thank you for your assistance.

Working Environment Feedback

I was part of the infrastructure team, focusing on networks and systems. It was one of the worst environments I've worked in. Pretending is not the same as doing. It was genuinely toxic for me. Their mentality seemed to be 'quick and dirty.' Is this from a cowboy movie? I foresee that the local organization may be minimized due to their management style.

Lack of Control on Spending Vouchers

They enforce an automatic rule that uses your soonest to expire vouchers, which cannot be altered. However, not all vouchers are usable at all stores, leading to improper allocation of spending that cannot be changed. When I inquired, they refused to reallocate vouchers and did not provide an option to modify this rule for future spending.
