Review Time
I have been waiting 6 months now for Aprolo to deliver the item I ordered. They are unable to supply the item but tried to hide this fact by sending me an inferior item with no prior notification and no explanation. They have stolen my money and not delivered. I have made at least 30 requests for a refund and have been ignored/ghosted. Aprolo is a complete scam.
ABSOLUTELY APPALLING! ….I have just this second come off the phone from probably the rudest ‘Supposed’ HOTEL MANAGER I have ever had the misfortune of speaking to. I rang him this morning and then emailed and he has JUST called back,after the receptionist said he was BUSY. I treated my Son,his wife and their young daughter to a night away to give them something to look forward to following the horrific suicide of my sons Father.,my late husband.‘ Who may I say was a strong man who had given over 40 years to the Military and is so greatly missed’. My son, his wife and their Daughter were so looking forward to this. I was hoping they would make some amazing memories and take their mind off of the traumatic events they have been through. Upon their arrival they found the hotel ABSOLUTELY FILTHY!! They asked for a refund and drove home with all their plans ruined for the adventures they had planned for the next day. When the Manager Paul eventually called me back 15 minutes ago he had the audacity to patronise me by saying ‘My son may just be extremely over sensitive & pick up any little problem with their hotel at this point in his grief’ He then went on to tell me about his own two experiences of family grief recently and how he’s been through it too… ‘Totally Unprofessional’. After he rambled on an on getting us no where and telling me they were extremely busy on Saturday..’that should make no difference to service and cleanliness’…’Not The Customers Problem’I think!! I said after an eternity of going around in circles that I had given him enough time to resolve the situation,as this was not about money but the fact they had been so looking forward to it,had time off work,driven there and back and were so disappointed and missed all the things they had planned for the following day. The manager then did a 360 flip when I said that’s perfectly ok,I have given you time to rectify this problem before I submit a review He then took an angry approach and rudely told me I was threatening him…’this was not the case at all-I was simply telling him that the conversation was going nowhere and I had given him enough time to tell me how we were going to rectify the situation. The man has knocked me for six and absolutely scared me to bits. I offered him my sons number,because he kept saying it was probably my sons over sensitive grieving that made the filthy hotel seem unsatisfactory. My Son and his Wife are the quietest most placid couple you could ever wish to meet. It would have taken a lot of courage for my son to complain. The Manager wouldn’t take my Sons number.All I can say is ‘SHAME ON YOU APOLLO HOTEL’.
Apolo.ltd are thieves,scammers.I condemn them.No one should invest with them.My earnings are still on my Dashboard unpaid but they sent a fake e-mail to me that payment has been completed.They are cursed people.They have stolen my $20 and it is a shame to them.FAKE PROJECT!!!
