I am filing this complaint due to a clear pattern of hostile customer treatment and questionable business practices at Apple Mart in 2101 Wickersham Ln Ste A Austin, TX 78741
During my visit, I was denied service while attempting to order food and was treated in an accusatory and confrontational manner by management after calmly requesting clarification. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, the manager escalated the situation and demanded that I leave the store. I recorded the interaction.

I actually now trust them, i order a usb c 20w adapter and cable, within 4 days I received my order. Ali the person who will message you about the product confirmation is super nice 5 stars on customer service. The products are all orignal, i asked the delivery person to check the cable and adapter as he has an iphone 14. He told me it was original, plus i check online. Go ahead and order from them, they are genuine and nice people
