Review Time
This platform is an exceptionally effective productivity tool that achieves what many time-management applications claim but seldom fulfill. It shines in intelligent calendar automation. The system actively safeguards focus time, automatically arranges tasks based on their importance, and continuously adjusts your calendar as meetings evolve. This isn’t just static blocking — it’s adaptive, real-time optimization that genuinely mirrors the dynamics of modern work. What sets this platform apart is its execution. The setup process is simple, integrations (especially with popular calendar and task management tools) are seamless, and the automation logic is clear rather than confusing. You maintain control without the need for tedious manual calendar adjustments. From a business perspective, the benefits are evident: fewer overlooked priorities, improved use of working hours, and less cognitive load. It fosters measurable efficiency without necessitating behavioral changes or introducing process complexity. In summary, this platform is an invaluable resource for professionals and teams focused on maintaining concentration, accountability, and accomplishing meaningful work. It’s practical, well-designed, and provides quick returns on investment.
Reclaim.ai is a genuinely strong productivity platform that does what most time-management tools promise but rarely deliver. It excels at intelligent calendar automation. The system dynamically protects focus time, auto-schedules tasks based on priority, and continuously rebalances your calendar as meetings change. This isn’t static blocking — it’s adaptive, real-time optimization that actually reflects how modern work happens.Where Reclaim really stands out is execution. Setup is straightforward, integrations (especially with Google Calendar and task tools) are clean, and the automation logic is transparent rather than opaque. You stay in control, but you’re no longer doing manual calendar gymnastics. From a business standpoint, the value is clear: fewer missed priorities, better utilization of working hours, and reduced cognitive overhead. It drives measurable efficiency without forcing behavior change or adding process debt.Bottom line: Reclaim.ai is a high-leverage tool for professionals and teams who care about focus, accountability, and getting real work done. It’s pragmatic, well-built, and delivers ROI fast.
That’s a really stupid program :DI put the time of my meeting because I need it to happen at an exact time — and it automatically reschedules it :D :D WTF? So now I have to go to my Google Calendar to set it up manually or move it back when it happens. If there’s some option or setting that makes it stick to the exact time, that would really help — otherwise, it’s just useless duplicate work :D
Okay, this program sucked, and not for the reasons other people are saying. It's very strange because everyone seems to say something different. My Calendar didn't break or anything, but I signed up for the "Free Forever" plan only to be given a 14-day trial "that would be charged automatically". Lucky I saw that! If you think I was too quick to think I was being scammed, no--I searched around and found the button to "switch to the free forever" plan, (under "delete account", no less) only to find that it's "broken" and won't click. This is a load of bullcrap. It also tried to keep me from revoking its access to my calendar.Even ignoring all of this, the program did not do what it said it would. The interface did not seem to be different from regular Google Calendar at all, but it's possible I could've missed some features. I enjoy AI, so it wasn't that. Anyway, getting rid of this, sorry Dropbox, I normally like your stuff.
This company has caused me months of misery. Pop ups all day long that I couldn’t disable or stop. Nonsensical pop ups like a reminder for Lunch at 5pm.I had to factory reset my phone and that didn’t help. Then I realised that these pop ups were also in my Google calendar, I blocked Google and Samsung calendar which I shouldn’t have had to do. These pop ups started appearing on my Work phone and became a constant and unhelpful distraction, I was getting them all day long. When I clicked on the notification it would just disappear it never left anywhere.A colleague recommended I look for third party apps in my Google Privacy settings, sure enough there was an app called Reclaim.ai, I revoked its access and the constant spam and fake Calandar events stopped.Going on 6 months of hell from this company, this is the worst most invasive thing I have ever encountered on a phone it’s like one of those old school virus’ that would take over the screen. If I had the money I would personally sue this company into the ground, I don’t know if they think this is funny or what but I’m pretty sure that what they are doing is borderline illegal. I think about why they would cause people such stress and unpleasantness with their constant spam and fake notifications with no way to stop them, it’s like they have obfuscated where the notifications are coming from on purpose, maybe so that people who have paid and forgotten will have no way to cancel their subscriptions.Terrible company should be shut down immediately!
Very Invasive, unable to log in to delete my account, oddly I don't recall signing up for an account. However, I was forced to use Dropbox at my job to receive a file from outside the US. That was about the time I noticed the Reclaim crap in my personal home Outlook calendar. The headers in all their correspondence say "Reclaim AI from Dropbox" Shady, beware.
See alot of bad reviews on here but don't really understand why. It's pretty easy to use once you understand it a bit (just spend 1 hour looking around), makes it easy to create an usefull calender and use recurring habits. Literally improved my productivity by atleast 50%, and I'm actually hitting my deadlines. It's easy to move things around if you didn't have time for it, or make other tasks longer. I'm always using Google Calendar interface for the Calender itself, and just use Reclaim to manage my tasks. Also, it's free unlike Motion.Just a couple of features I would like to see added1. Make it possible when creating a task straight up add a color/category to it.2. Make it possible to select tasks that should be finished first. Example: Task2 can't be planned/starter until I've finished Task1.Anyway. I would suggest everyone to use it and just try it out. For the people who had issues after stopping using it, and it still planning things. Probably it's configured like that and you didn't disable it. Even after deactivating your account. Look if you can disconnect it from your Calendar from Google Calendar itself.
