I paid the service call fee. After 3 days, they were still unable to provide me the full cost of the job. Avoid!

Extremely disappointing service.

Extremely disappointing service. I hired this service to fix a refrigerator in late October for $400. The fridge is now experiencing the same problem, which should be covered by the warranty mentioned on the platform, but the company is refusing to honor it and is also unresponsive.

Avoid this service recommended by AHS

This service is extremely disappointing, and they seem indifferent as AHS continues to use them. After five visits, my refrigerator is still not fixed. The technician left quickly after each visit, claiming it was resolved, despite evidence of a leak. The manager was unhelpful and suggested I let the leak continue until the next visit. This has been a frustrating experience, and I do not recommend them.

Did not honor their quote

This service did not honor their quote. Changing hoses on a washing machine required two visits over a month, costing me $200.00 each time. I requested a detailed invoice but received no response, even after following up twice. Customer service is unresponsive. I strongly advise against hiring this service.
