Extremely disappointing service. Initially, we arranged our move through a vendor, which I strongly advise against! We were charged over $2500 for a relocation from one state to another. We conducted a complete inventory and scheduled a full packing service, including 75 boxes. They failed to arrive on the agreed date due to a truck breakdown. The next day, they showed up with a truck that was partially filled with other people's belongings, leaving about a quarter of the space unused. They informed us that they wouldn't pack any liquids and asked for our priorities. Ultimately, they only packed the kitchen and our bedroom. The packing job was poorly done, with more paper in the boxes than actual items that they claimed they couldn’t take. There were around five workers, three of whom had to stay in the back of the truck, reducing the space available for our belongings. Despite all these issues, we tipped them $200 for their efforts, which I now deeply regret. This company is truly terrible; if you've booked with them, I recommend canceling to avoid the stress. If you're considering using their services, please reconsider.

Very disappointing👎They deceived me! I paid extra to have my delicate belongings moved from one city to another, and they did not keep their promises about assembling furniture and mounting my TV. They arrived and just dumped the boxes as if they were trash! Most of my items arrived damaged, and they refused to take responsibility! They left while I was distracted with work, and when I checked, they had vanished, leaving everything unassembled despite my extra payment for that service! They are frauds! Do not hire this company of shameless and unprofessional individuals! They charged me nearly $6,000, and everything was broken upon arrival! It's outrageous! I have all the evidence!
The company takes advantage of you and raises moving costs when they arrive. At that point, you have no choice due to the moving schedule. We had over 30 items, some of which were irreplaceable, broken and damaged. If you want to be scammed by a company that shows no care for your belongings, this is the one for you.
This was my first time hiring a moving company. The broker provided a list of items and took a down payment, then passed me to a third-party mover. The movers operate based on square footage, which the broker didn’t disclose, and you should be prepared for additional charges when they arrive to pick up your items. Don't count on the delivery day being accurate; expect delays. Thankfully, I received a call from the movers with a time frame, but there was clear miscommunication between the office and the actual movers. I was pleasantly surprised when they delivered within 7 days of pickup. However, be aware that there may be additional fees at drop-off if there are stairs or other obstacles. I would recommend trying to handle as much moving personally as possible, as hiring movers can be costly and lead to unexpected financial surprises. Renting a truck can also get expensive, but at least you would be responsible for your items directly, avoiding loss or damage.
A broker took my inventory over the phone and assured me they were 'experts.' When the movers arrived—who were assigned through the broker—they immediately claimed I needed double the space and started adding charges for items that were supposed to be included, like my exercise bike and sectional sofa. The price more than doubled on the spot. The coordination between the broker and the movers was a complete disaster. They clearly never communicated with each other and neither accepted responsibility. When I confronted them, they feigned ignorance, saying, 'The broker misinformed you.' Then, when you're all packed up, you can tell them to leave, but can you really? It's absurd. Delivery was another nightmare. I was told my items would arrive within 2–12 days per contract. Upon pickup, I was told it would be 4 days. When I called for updates (three times), they kept claiming, 'We’re loading the truck now,' for days. I finally got the driver’s number—he told me he hadn’t even left the state yet. My belongings didn’t arrive for two weeks, and when they did, several items were damaged, including a sturdy coffee table and an iron lamp. The entire operation is chaotic—one company takes your deposit, another picks up your items, a third delivers, and no one is accountable. I would never use either company again or any brokered mover, ever. Save yourself the stress and go directly with a reputable company, even if it costs more. You'll thank yourself later.
The company picked up my items on July 31st. Now, nearly two weeks later, there are no delivery details, and I have no idea where my belongings are. I’m left sleeping on the floor without clothes for my new job, as I was told my items would arrive by now. I do NOT recommend this company if they can't keep track of the items they move or deliver on time.
Terrible moving service. I hired them through a broker and received an estimate. The movers arrived after midnight, having rescheduled multiple times, and despite looking at the same inventory (actually less!), the estimate suddenly increased by 250 cubic feet, labeling normal-sized furniture as bulky for extra fees. They arrived late, and my belongings looked like they had been carelessly tossed around. They even refused to take their trash to the dumpster, claiming it costs them extra. Upon unboxing my TV, I discovered they had damaged it so badly that it shattered the screen. Do not hire them, and if they end up as your movers after booking through a broker, cancel immediately. Do NOT hire this company. They do not care about your items.
