Review Time
These are the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn. The tongue is too long and rubs the front of my leg. The sides are too tall and rub my ankle bone. Within 2 hours of wearing them the balls of my feet were killing me. I want to return them but the return process is ridiculous!
I am very pleased with my tennis shoes. I thought a ran into a problem when I realized that I ordered the wrong size (shoes run a size smaller), I needed one size up. They heard my request and promptly sent me the correct size upon receiving the original pair back. My shoes fit much better, and I have gotten many compliments from my team. Thank you.
My first order took too long to get here. Then was the wrong size. So I sold them to a friend for 1/2 price. The sales rep. Gave me and extra 5 % my already 1/2 order that helped with the sales tax. The 2nd order can a little faster. This time the order had some sole couions with it. Now the new shoes were just the right size color and with the sole inserts it feels like a good fit. I am a nurse so let's see how they feel after about a month of 12 hour shifts. If anyone can make a shoe where a nurse can stand walk bend on her feet for 12 hour +++ and her feet not hurt so bad after work then they have my business alway. So I will return with a new review in a month and tell everyone how these shoes did.
I have been trying to return my 2 pair of shoes since the day I received them, unfortunately they are to small. Have emailed pictures and have attempted numerous time to login in using their link without any success. All I’m told is give it 24 hrs and try again, this has been going on since Feb 10. Super frustrating
The shoes I received were too small and the return/exchange experience has been very frustrating. You have to submit several photos of the shoes and if you try to go back to make any changes it won't let you. I have to start all over again. I normally wear a size 9.5/10 and I'm having to order a size 11.
I have left messages and emails have gone back and forth. Picture would not upload so I sent them through email...............still no response to get this corrected. You sent me a 9.5 and I need a 10.5 and noone seems to care. Terrible customer service!!!!
The size I got does not fit and I have been trying to return and get a refund. Your return site is bad. I uploaded the pictures you indicated you needed and once I did that and went to the page to clicked on refund nothing happened. I tried numerous times to no avail because you needed to finished this to get the return label. I then emailed the support site and no one has responded. At this time all I want is a return label..... Email: Order # 139970
The shoes were too short. My biggest complaint is that Armadilo is making it VERY hard to make a return. They are saying that you HAVE TO send them a picture of the shoes before they will accept your return. Seems to me like all they want is to NOT return your money. Would not buy from them again.
I wish I could rate 0 stars. I purchased 3 pairs of shoes and only 1 was delivered although it said all 3 were delivered. After several back and forth with support, the other 2 were finally delivered. The shoes were cheaply made & smelled horrible. One pair had one shoe bigger than the other even though they said they were the same size. Another pair felt 3 sizes smaller although both pairs were the same size. I requested a refund, got the runaround for weeks, finally got return labels to send everything in, only to have FedEx call me about incorrect tariff information and would be sending the package back to me. It's now been over 2 months of fighting with support, and I still do not have my money back. I would stay far away from this company, and do not recommend their products at all.
I placed my order January 1 with an expected delivery of the 15th to the 18th. The 25 they still hadn't arrived. I emailed support 3 times in a week to give them time to respond and left a phone message that was never returned. When my delivery finally arrive it was not the 2 pair of tennis shoes I ordered but a single pair of boots. I sent another message and asked for a refund. I fi ally received a link that doesn't even offer a refund option only an exchange. I emailed last week again with no response. Can't say I will ever give Armidillo a try again with this type of service.
