Terrible Customer Experience

Please avoid this company! They are a complete scam! They advertise one price, but after adding extra fees, it totals $328, excluding state charges. The consultation over the phone lasts just a minute before approval. They misled me regarding my renewal, and now I'm unable to proceed due to a signature issue. They want to charge me an extra $100 to correct this, despite my previous payments. Customer service is non-existent, as they only communicate via text or email. I suggest finding another company for assistance!

AWFUL SERVICE!

AWFUL! THIEVES! They advertise $99 cards with a $50 discount code, but then charge $198 with no place to apply the code. Additionally, you have to pay another $99 and schedule two more phone consultations! I could visit a clinic for $99 and have them handle the paperwork. THEY ARE DECEPTIVE THIEVES! Stay away! They denied my refund request because I changed my mind. ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! They won't care about this review; they'll just keep taking people's money.
