I am writing this review to strongly warn any landlord or tenant considering this agency. My experience has been overwhelmingly negative, leading to significant financial loss and prolonged stress. From the outset, the agency did not provide clear, transparent, or complete information about the tenant they placed in my property. I later found out critical details that were not disclosed at the time of the letting—the tenant was actually my assigned letting agent working within the agency. This was not communicated to me, creating a troubling perception of a conflict of interest. No professional letting agent should operate in a manner that raises such concerns. During the tenancy, communication from the agency was slow, inconsistent, and often unhelpful. My tenant was let go by the agency due to the potential conflict of interest, and as a result, she stopped paying rent. The agency offered no meaningful assistance, leaving me to manage increasing arrears entirely on my own, despite having relied on the agency to act in my best interests and manage the tenancy appropriately. The outcome has been considerable unpaid rent, legal expenses, and immense emotional distress. At every crucial moment, I felt the agency did not exhibit the professionalism, transparency, and diligence that any landlord should expect. In my view, this agency failed to protect my interests, did not communicate honestly, and did not take responsibility for the issues arising from the tenancy they arranged. If you are a landlord or tenant thinking about using this agency, I strongly recommend that you: 1) Request full written disclosure of all pertinent information,
2) Inquire about any potential staff-tenant connections,
3) Verify every document provided,
4) And avoid relying on verbal assurances. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this agency, and I urge others to proceed with extreme caution.
