Review Time
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM REDBUBBLE!!! The poster they sent me had a mistake on it. I reached out to them FIVE separate times asking them to either reprint it or refund my money. Each time I would get an auto response asking me for photos of the mistake which I did send every time. And then I never heard back from them. And of course, there is no phone number to talk to anyone. My friend recently had a very similar experience. This company is awful!
Appalling print quality of ski poster… blurred text (and I have an original I bought in France to know)!
Advertised by Red Bubble as “Vintage Ski Travel Poster | Combloux France 1930s-50s | Vibrant & Dynamic Mid-Century Art by Paul Ordner | Ski Resort Decor by artofuniverse”.
Appalling quality. If you’re from the UK 🇬🇧, suggest you order from a repro house in the UK… and support local. One of the worst posters I’ve ever bought!!!! Can’t believe it’s Red Bubble as have bought loads of T-shirts from them over the years … guess they’re better with Tshirts and not print!!! 🤷🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️💆🏼♀️
I particularly liked the quality of the artwork and ordered immediately. Unfortunately, the sizing wasn’t right which was entirely on my however the company have been phenomenal with their assistance to exchange my goodies. Communication has been outstanding and I am very much looking forward to my new tees arriving soon. I could not be more grateful for the support and understanding shown and will definitely be back. More than happy to recommend this company!!
The poorest quality of anything I’ve ever purchased online. Bought several T shirts that were so poor quality and also after a few washes the print design starts to wash off. One of them has almost completely removed now!! I also bought a print on a metal plate to go on a wall, it cost nearly £80, when it arrived, after 2 months, the image was like a an old dot matrix print out attached to a sheet of metal. Something anyone would be far too embarrassed to put on a wall.
I would give less than one if it was possible due to the extremely poor quality
I'm giving it a 2 because they usually deliver before promised time but I had another tote bag printed hoping they would get it right. But the color and the contrast was horrible. I will no longer use them. I used to love the products but whomever is printing has poor quality control. I'm so very disappointed and will go elsewhere.
Ordered a zip hoodie with image printed on back of product. Website showed a centered image (armpit level) with size that filled back of the hoodie.
Product received printed image high on back at shoulder level and image was very small - fit between should blades. Image is completely covered by hood if it is not up.
Contacted RedBubble support to get item printed correctly.
Redbubble support said it was printed correctly and provided a voucher for the value of the item to use on the website to make up for the dissatisfaction.
I countered that the print was incorrect as per the website images and provided side-by-side comparison.
Redbubble immediately provided a full refund and did not even pretend to acknowledge the quality issue.
Gave 2 stars due to the fact that they provided a refund, otherwise would have been 1.
Don't sell a product if you cannot provide it as advertised.
The service is incredibly frustrating; their automated system just goes in circles instead of providing an email for contact regarding my missing order, which is now 10 days late. There are no options to email or call, it's entirely automated. Even searching for contact information online leads to a help page that directs you to a series of questions about my order. After selecting options, I'm only redirected to a tracking page where my order has remained stagnant for 10 days. They even suggest waiting 30 days to address a missing order. When that time comes, how will I even reach them? It's utterly ineffective! I will not shop there again!
I placed an order on the 17th for two throw blankets and paid nearly $30 for express shipping, expecting delivery by the 23rd. On the 19th, I received an email stating my order was printed and shipped. Now, it's the 28th, and the tracking shows that while the shipping label was created, USPS is still 'awaiting the item.' I've reached out several times via the only available method (a support form), but I've only received responses confirming that the item shipped, accompanied by the same tracking link that shows it hasn't actually shipped and that USPS has not received the item yet. This order totaled $100, and I will be escalating this issue to my bank.
This holiday season, the company has engaged in misleading tactics targeting shoppers looking for last-minute gifts. They assured customers that orders would arrive by December 24th, prominently advertising this ship date on their site. However, after purchase, the representation of shipping became misleading, with the term 'estimated' only appearing post-payment, often with an upcharge for expedited shipping. Communication with the support team is frustrating, as there is no direct human contact available online, and email responses take days. In my case, I anxiously inquired about my package, only to find vague tracking information. The tracking number provided was not easily accessible, requiring extra steps to track the shipment. This situation appears to be common among customers. The company falsely claims packages are in transit, while in reality, they often only generate shipping labels without actual shipment occurring. The expedited shipping I paid for was not reflected in the tracking, which showed standard ground shipping instead. Their operations have consistently misled customers, leading to anxiety and disappointment, especially for special occasions. Furthermore, the inflated prices and lack of support raise concerns about the value of their products, as echoed by numerous negative reviews online.
