Review Time
I engaged this company to recover a personal debt of £3,000. The client made 2 payments over maybe 12 months. Despite many emails and phone calls, No payment to me has been received!. I didn't realise until it was too late after reading the reviews. I need to start a small claims to recover the money, unbelievable they are still in busines!
If you look at this company's good reviews, you'll notice that 99% of them are from debtors who were happy with their "case handler", meaning essentially they were super happy that they got put onto a repayment plan they can afford... and from those who've spoken to the sales team and not actually had any experience yet. I notice there's mention of a Jack a lot.
No doubt a sales guy making a sale then going "how was my service to you".

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!They take your money and promise you the earth. Even if you have already done all the hard work yourself of securing a CCJ against your debtor like I had, all they do is send the same weekly text message to your debtor which is always ignored because it is so weak and pathetic until the allotted time runs out and then they close your case without even informing you, and they call that effective debt collecting! It's a joke!Their endless contract small print allows them to get away with anything!A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!THEY DO NOT PAY YOU ANY OF THE MONEY THEY COLLECT FROM YOUR DEBTORS, THEY KEEP IT ALL FOR THEMSELVES!
Having to take them to the small claims court to get the measly £100 they collected from a £1200 debt, of which they’re trying to take 50% fees! Avoid this awful firm! I’ll also be complaining to the financial ombudsman about them! They need closing down! They think they can intimidate me into accepting! Messed with the wrong person!
I supidly handed this company a debt for over a £ 1,000 to chase that was in 2023 Although I know they have been paid in full they have not paid me a penny. I have a court date coming up where I will win a County Court Judgemen and I will follow up on my promise and send the baliffs in
I asked AYOM to collect over £20,000 for a business I sold and got a contract signed on. I have been advised that the people (whom I thought I knew) do not own anything and they only rent properties never buying. Are you owed money said they would recover my money this was on 10/8/2023 and since have only added to the debt by charging for something that I’d already paid for. I can’t take back my old company due to ill health and a solicitor has said that taking the people to court who owed me money would only cost me and the only person who would make anything would be the solicitor. I’m owed over £30,000 for selling my business Wyre Airport Cars to someone I thought I could trust. AYOM are a waste of time do not fall for their scam
This debt collection agency is a complete waste of time they call you up many times to get your business then promise you that you'll get your debt back. Bunch of crooks that deliver a second rated service I provided all the relevant information and even traced the debtor with no results I was told to pay £60 to trace two cars that were outside the debtors premise it's now been 3 months and I haven't heard back. BEWARE THESE PEOPLE ARE ONLY AFTER YOUR MONEY. This case is still going on and has now been 9 months they don't reply back to emails as well!!!!
