I dislike the move towards online and digital business.
You disregarded my preferences and request, even though I explained I deal solely with people, which is the main reason I deal with Bradys and as yet, I have not received hard copies of my insurance policy, or the Keyfinder policy which I will not renew next year.
I'd like to share my experience with recent renewing my car insurance. Anna handled my case very professionally, helping me choose the right car insurance for me. She answered all my questions. The cooperation was very pleasant and of course very fast. I Recommend her and I hope my next car insurance renewal will be just as high quality.

I rang Brady Insurance, looking for proof of named driver experience, for 2019. It was a last minute rush. Sharon had the relevant documents from the insurer emailed to me within 20 minutes. I haven't been insured with the company since 2021, but based on this service, I will at least contact them for a quote in the future.
