I bought a tutorial for drawing an elderly man's portrait, but the result was vastly different from the image shown on the platform. The site featured beautiful examples, which led me to believe I would create something similar. However, after finishing the course, the painting I ended up with was unappealing and poorly done. It certainly wasn't worth the investment. When I contacted the support team for help, their reply was rather rude and dismissive. Even after sending detailed messages, they only responded with emojis.
