Argos have taken a payment for an order they didn't complete, I have tried to contact them but have been unsuccessful due to an incredibly poor outdated website.Surely this is financial fraud/breach of contract in that I have paid for goods they can't provide!I have spoken to my bank and they have said it happens a lot but to give it until the 10th September as the transaction is pending until then.I will never shop with them again and urge caution to anyone else who might.I will also be contacting the financial ombudsman as I appear to be getting no redress from Argos!Complete disgrace!!
I just purchased a Huawei mate book for £599 for collection in oldbury Argos. My money is already been gone out from my bank account. I still haven’t receive my order number and email confirmation. I have a proof of purchase money been taken out from Argos of my Bank account. If you don’t send my order number or email confirmation I will report you for fraud transaction by Argos.
Re oven. Argos replied to my complaint but it has'nt solved the problem.i am not on social media so there for cannot get my answer.i just want a refund.argos kept me on tenterhooks for 5months with no explanation.i had one element working on my old oven that is why I ordered one from Argos 3march. I phoned another company and had one in 3days.
Appalling customer service, appalling practice. They take your money within seconds, but take weeks to return your money when they screw up your order. Will not be spending 1 more penny at argos, spend your money on retailers who know what they are doing. ZERO STARS FOR ARGOS.
Bought a dishwasher of Argos order number 241281555 it broke down have called these guys constantly can never get through the texting service on the website is a waste of time even messaged them on FB one acknowledgement back then never read the message never been so frustrated easily the worst customer service experience i have ever received so disappointing. If its cheaper here i would go elsewhere as if anything goes wrong this company is either not set up for it or worse still is not interested in after sales.
Purchased Reebok GSB Electronic Aerobic Bike on 21 March. Delivered on 1 April. After using it only 17 times the buttons on the control panel stopped working. I now have a £500 aerobic bike that I can't use! None of Argos' phone numbers work. You are directed to "live chat" with extraordinarily long wait times. It's virtually impossible to get in touch. DO NOT BUY FROM ARGOS - you can't sort problems with them. Mark Roden.
