I signed every 12 months and they started to charge my credit card and send every 3 months the wrong the filters You can't reach anyone vy phone and when I finally got a refund it was $50 short of what they charged my card I've tried to cancel the subscription but there is nowhere to do so Very bad business Beware

Good product but at top end of price scale with expensive delivery for a very small package. However, they had the product I needed and many others didn't- for that I am thankful.
