Awful customer service. Made the Bed Bug situation far worse causing them to spread into multiple rooms within the house. Incorrect advice given throughout the whole process and incompetent staff who are unable to answer the most basic of questions. Just an awful experience end to end with no help and incredible rude staff when you contact the office. Please do not make the mistake I made in contacting this company. AVOID AVOID AVOID

i had ark out to my property today a man called jack to have a fresh look at a on going issue ive had for years now and finally i feel like i had someone who knows what hes talking about very happy with this man i hope i have him out for my next visist as the man before hasnt really done a good job. lets hope the report he sends to the housing helps and gets them to pull there fingers out and deal with this problem as ive had this issue for just over 3 years now.thank you Jack
Joke of a company if i could give Zero stars. The guy sent in 2 weeks ago. I don't know what the hell he was doing.He put a couple of rat bait boxes still rats are roaming around in garden.HE ONLY CAME A COUPLE OF TIMES AND WINGING OH I HAVE OTHER JOBS TO DO. CLARION HOUSING NEED TO STOP USING THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY. Initially he was sent to deal with wasp nest in gutter outside my son's bedroom, he couldn't be bothered. He said oh its too early for wasps to form nests before September. Now the wasps are getting into my sons bedroom. Useless company. AVOID THIS ONE
Brilliant service, I had pigeons sitting on my gutters and making a mess everywhere. They surveyed for free and the price was cheaper than I expected. What was more surprising was how quick they got the work completed within a week of surveying the problem and agreeing a cost. I couldn't recommend them more, professional, great value and honest people. Very happy, no more pigeons!
