Our block manager (Metropolitan) contracted ARK to visit every flat in our block. We all spent our Saturdays waiting for ARK to show up, but their technician ghosted on us. There's not a single flat on floors 3-9 which heard their buzzer ring.Now ARK is claiming that they rang every flat and treated whatever flats they got into. So they've straight up lied to our block manager about having done the job. Most of the building remains untreated–especially the problematic floors. And having called ARK directly, they're unwilling to deal with us because we're not the "client."If your management company is considering hiring ARK Pest Control, please ask them to stay away. ARK don't understand the ABCs of customer service. They don't even recognize who the customer ultimately is.So what keeps ARK in business? Perhaps their strategy of *pretending* to do their job works out for them, letting pests multiply before they actually try to fix the issue? That seems like a plausible plank in ARK's business strategy, because customer service certainly isn't.
