Expect often server downtimes and no support

Started using their services on Jan 21, 2025 and all looked great , the price was and still is one of the best out there but having a Rust server means you have to make sure that you attract players as many as you can by working/paying for advertising just to have your server down becasue of some issue from their side , tech support takes hours to reply and by the time the issue is fixed you lose all of your players so you have to start all over again . It happened so many times that i had enough of losing all the time players and had to terminate the account and move to a different hosting because the last issue keept the server down for over 24h and people on discord ( because it wasn't only me with the server issues ) were posting in support with no reply from the staff even tho they were online . In the end the owner reply "had notifications turned off" so i decided to move somewhere else .

Great Overall

I've usually used other services for hosting but I've recently come back to this one. It's not as sleek as some of the others but it has a ton of functionality for a really good price. Plus as a South African it's nice to see a server here.

Everything runs so smooth!

We've used a bunch of different hosts, this one works the best hands down! Interface is super easy and clear to use and works so well. Support is good although sometimes takes a while, although the instant support guys on other hosts respond quickly they've always left me fixing things myself. But I've only reached out to support twice i the past year as everything works as it should. The backup feature is so awesome, it not only backs up your whole config, but the characters and mods, so even after upoading and changing things, if you restore a backup literally everything will be as when you made the backup, I've never had this on other hosts. Just try it, it's too awesome to go somewhere else, can't beat the price for the quality of service!
