Fantastic experience from the start, George and Fraser certainly know to deal with customer-first approach. I didn’t feel hard-sell from either and the car insurance deposit was adjusted to my affordability. Whilst other car insurance brokers like Keith Michaels and Adrian Flux quoted no less than £8,000 annually for TT99 6 months ban and an additional 9 points, Arma Insurance quoted a decent £2995 annually. It’s an expensive price to pay for the next 4-5 years but a serious lesson learnt. Thanks to Arma Insurance for not judging me and giving me another chance. I won’t let you or myself down.
Fraser was absolutely excellent. Not experienced many brokers over the years that genuinely care and want to get the best quotes for you possible. Super friendly and diligent to his work! I got my insurance for less than half I paid the previous year! Would highly recommend this team and I have been forwarding their website to all my friends and family.
I spoke to Fraser and he was extremely helpful and managed to sort me the best insurance, at the time, based my circumstances. Really good customer service, especially for a company that are not mainstreamed as other Insurance companies. Compared to other insurance companies they are a little bit more expensive, but due to individuals circumstances they are there to help and don’t turn you down! I would recommended!!!!
