Honestly Andre was so helpful nobody was insuring me to drive it was very frustrating until I met Arma insurance spoke to me with respect and honestly which I appreciated insurance is now done ✅ wicked price as well so thank you very much Andre 👍🏽👍🏽
Fraser is an absolute breath of fresh air in something as overcrowded as customer service within insurance. Not only did he treat me like a human, he went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, I got a good deal and he beat three quotes from the main competition. Arma are lucky to have him, and I would 100% Arma as I’m sure their staff are equally amazing across the board. Well done! I went from pulling my hair out to feeling like I had somebody fighting my corner and getting it done.
Friendly service and found a decent price for me for a tricky policy. However the admin was stupidly difficult - they will not send invoices or direct debit forms by email everything has to be paid and set up on the phone - something banks specifically tell you not to do. I even got worried it he whole thing might be a scam - seems ok in practice but it was stupidly inconsistent I had to make multiple calls and give into their dodgy way of doing things. Not ideal. Let’s hope I really am insured
Given my circumstances I’d found it hard to commit to a policy and also costs suitable. A brief 20 minute chat with GEORGE gave me optimism.Followed up by an another call with FRASER only days later and boom. Recently had some trouble financially and my insurance was at risk of being cancelled, Theo reached out to me and made my week alot easier by arranging for the credit company to accept my circumstances, absolutely over the moon with his service and would highly recommend him to anyone that wanted to find insurance.
