Bad company - arriva

I vote 0 Customer service does not response with manner . They changed their rules but don’t tell to anyone , controller will fine us . App doesn’t work , doesn’t show your bought pass or ticket .

Extremely poor service

Service was poor as we were left half way to our destination. The driver just said this was the end of the route when we were sold a ticket to our destination- Riva del Garda. The driver had no intention to help. A kind stranger in the town we were left in helped us get a taxi to our destination. This company needs to be boycotted. Not even worth one star .

A terrible transport company you can…

A terrible transport company you can never trust! Once you put your money as credit in Arriva App, you will never get the remaining back although they promised credit refund with charge.No reply from custom service.

Worst company

Worst company. Don't take this bus to Sirmione. They will stop to change busses and you'll loose trains etc . Did 1 hour instead a 20 min normal ride.

Horrible

Horrible, the bus was supposed to be a 40 minute ride, it turned into a 2 hour one so i missed the rest of my buses for the day and was stuck in chamonix. the chamonix bus station told me because i missed the time of my buses i couldn’t get on the next scheduled one, even though it was not my fault for missing the buses in the first place. I ended up having to pay for a taxi which cost me over 100 euros. Disappointing and they don’t have a customer service email.

A Nightmare

The service does not specify how much or if the driver can charge the passengers for their luggage.One way they did not charge me anything and the way back they expected us to pay 10 Kunas and they did not accept euros or bancomat.In my case the co-driver started to shout and doesn’t want to speak in English saying that I had to speak Croatian even though the service is international.It was really uncomfortable and ill-mannered.The co-driver continued to offend me in Croatian in front of all passengers.I do not recommend this experience.If I could I would give it zero points.

Driver took us 1hour the wrong way, didn’t check tickets ...

Driver took us 1hour the wrong way, back to the train station we started at, having checked our tickets which said we were going to Salo not Rovato. It was only passengers who helped us out. Website is none-functional and gives 404 error when you go to contact. Useless, have been stuck trying to get to our destination for 3hrs, thanks for ruining our 1st trip to Italy together...
