I recently completed my transaction with a conveyancing service, and my legal representative was always available to address my questions and provided continuous updates. The price quoted matched what I paid, with cash back from the building society deducted from the final bill. There were a few bumps along the way, which I understand is typical in house buying, but I was consistently reassured by my representative, who was incredibly patient with us.
Recently completed using Arrow Conveyancing, was appointed a legal representative Alex who was always available to answer queries and kept us informed and updated. Few hiccups along the way as I am informed is usual in house buying but always reassured by Alex, who was very patient with us.
Faiza Ikbal was appointed from Arrow Conveyancing to be my Solicitor for the Purchase of my First Property. She made the process seamless, kept me updated on the latest information and gave clear instruction when requesting anything. She was always friendly over the phone and willing to offer any assistance. Really appreciate the work she did and it’s a testament to the firm.
Would give zero if I couldShocking company they quoted me a set price in the beginning and I paid nearly £400 more.Plus they took my £250 cash back incentive from the lender on top of that without asking and just took it to pay towards the extra charges they popped on the bill at the end (hidden in t&C's but not explained to me over the phone or via email)Impossible to get in touch with, endless voicemails, emails and waiting on hold to never speak with anyone.If you're going to go with these people, searches are not included and they cost an extra 400 pound on top of the quote you get.They do add other charges too on top of this.Pathetic honestly I'm so mad I didn't check the reviews before Instructing.
