I had to use this company in order to get start a replacement/warranty process on an BioIonic curling iron. After having the product for just over a year (and now just outside the one year warranty period) the lever handle had failed. I was looking to just get a replacement part. However, Melissa Clifford from Warranty Valet worked with BioIonic and was able to get me an entire new curling iron! Considering these are $150+ products I was genuinely surprised with the outcome!
