Fantastic. That sums it up in one word. But to be more specific, I sell art through Art Brokerage for a gentleman that was a major art dealer for many years, but is now retired. All of my interactions with Donna have been stellar. She is truly concerned with assisting me in this process, she goes above and beyond to make sure all of our needs are met. She, and all of the brokers have taken a monumental task and made it simple and painless. Their personal interaction, fantastic software, and quick response have made this project an enjoyable one. I can't say enough for their professionalism and concern for both buyers and sellers. Refreshing in this day and age!
I have utilized Art Brokerage for purchasing three sought after pieces and can't say enough good things about them and especially Robbie Reddy in assisting me. Robbie has been instrumental in negotiating a very fair price on behalf of both buyer and seller and has gone above and beyond to make the process from purchase, shipping to receiving very smooth. Communicaton is key to feeling comfortable when purchasing online- Robbie is amazing. She responds timely, thoroughly and provides the information necessary to ensure your questions are answered. They are very experienced true professionals and always honest with you and although we don’t always agree, we are always treated with courtesy and respect. I listed four different limited edition prints that I had no idea about, and had a lot of questions to ask about them is I'm not in to fine arts at all and know nothing about it I was really curious I just knew that the prints I had was limited edition and we're some kind of money.. Dealt with Donna the entire time besides a couple emails. She was quick to reply honest and didn't beat around the bush about anything told me that what the economy's like right now and the best and fastest way to sell my prints just as I wished.. I told her how much I appreciated her for helping me out so much and taking the time to explain to me and she thanked me and thank me and thank me numerous times and says that they don't get very much appreciation well they sure ought to get appreciated that's for sure. Been doing the business for over 40 years they know what they're talking about she has seen many many different kinds of artwork and art styles and she does it for a living why would somebody be upset by her being honest with you telling you about your artwork that you're trying to list. She's not going to tell you it's worth $100,000 if it's worth a thousand and she ain't going to tell you that it's worth a thousand if it's worth $100,000 she is 100% honest. In the other couple gals that I had emailed there they was also very very nice and thanked me. Made me feel welcome and took the time to make me understand everything that I wanted to know. I listed my first two serigraph limited edition prints by Slava Ilyayev and they made my experience so easy that I told Donna in an email that since they treated me so well that I'm going to post two other prints and she could not believe that I was being so respectful and appreciative for them.. I'm very thankful and I will use them anytime that I have any kind of artwork I will go right to them. Even if it's not something maybe that they sell I'm sure as nice of a gal Donna is I'm sure I could contact her personally and she could enlighten me on whatever kind of art work that I had.
I just wanted to share that my experience with Robbie Reddy at ArtBrokerage.com has been nothing but awesome! I have purchased 3 wonderful pieces of art over the past couple of years and Robbie has worked with me every time. He answers all my questions and gives me great confidence in my selections. He has gone out of his way to help, e.g. one piece I wanted really wasn't available on my timeline so Robbie took the time to find a similar selection that actually turned out to be a better option. I now have all my pieces beautifully displayed. The process has always been prompt, secure, and the payment/shipping approach are well done providing me great comfort during purchases.
