I am very upset with my experience ordering from the company. I bought a balloon specifically because it was shown in a festive box, which was important for a Christmas gift. Instead, it came in a plain brown box with 'fragile' stickers, ruining the presentation. To make matters worse, the balloon was deflating upon arrival. This was incredibly disappointing, especially since it was meant to be a special surprise. The product clearly wasn't checked before shipping. Overall, this did not meet my expectations, and I felt let down during what should have been a joyful occasion. I do not recommend purchasing this item.
