I registered and confirmed via live chat that I was eligible for the bonus when it did not appear in the deposit section. I made my first deposit, but I never received the bonus, even though I had confirmed this beforehand. I would never have made even a single deposit at the casino if I had known this.After that, I wagered my deposit once and requested a withdrawal. My withdrawal has been in “pending” status since December 9th, and customer support always gives the same response: “the relevant department is investigating the matter.”I cannot recommend playing here to anyone. The customer service is ridiculously poor, and it is apparently very difficult to withdraw your money, even though the amount in question is as small as 160 euros.
