Initially, I rated you three stars, but the situation has worsened. You keep accessing my bank account and charging me $8 despite my cancellation attempts, which I've made about 5 or 6 times. Each time I check, I see another $8 taken. I no longer wish to be part of your service; I've decided to let go of the $35 balance since I don't understand how to use it and I'm not interested anymore.
I had a terrible experience with this service. I followed their instructions, yet I was charged again—first for 9.99 on the 18th, and then for 37.27 on the 19th. They even asked me to remove my negative review by promising a refund, but instead, they charged me again. I demand a full refund. I advise everyone to avoid this company.

I was charged without my consent. Unable to cancel the account, they claimed it was within 24 hours of sign-up. It's been 4 days. The chat said the cancellation was in progress but now it won't be completed until January 4th. They assert no refunds are possible and that cancellation is again in progress, yet I have been charged twice. Avoid this site.
