Review Time
I was charged without my consent or agreement. I emailed for clarification and received a quick response, which was great. The reply stated I would be compensated for the charge if I filled out a review. I emailed again for clarification on the charge, but have yet to receive a response. My bank account still reflects the deduction.
I gave three stars because money is still being deducted from my bank account. I'm unsure how this service is connected to my account, and since I see that $8 was taken out yesterday despite my cancellation, I cannot rate higher. Now, I have to pay $20 to stop them from withdrawing funds, which feels unfair.
