The teaching is so thorough (and amazing value for money), and I have come away feeling relaxed and energised. I am confident that I can start my reiki journey. I feel motivated to practice and learn more.

Doing the Reiki course 1 with Kim and Kelly has been amazing. Such a journey. My shoulders have been released and a have received a mind blowing revelation. As soon as I walked into Therapy life centre, the music, the warmth and the smell, just made it all feel calm and relaxing. I booked a Craniosacral therapy session with Kim, which was recommended by Amy, who I had emailed asking for some advice on what I should book. Amy was very helpful from beginning to end of our conversation. I have suffered with health anxiety for most of my life and recently been through some emotional and traumatic times, having heart palpitations for almost 6 months, so I was willing to try anything. Kim was very professional and discussed what parts of the body that were going to be touched during the session. She checked in too see how I was feeling and using light touch, she worked her magic. I honestly can't believe how great I feel, I am so much more relaxed, I have more energy and motivation and the best part of it all, I haven't had a heart palpitation since I was in the session. I could go on and on about how much it has changed my life, but if you're thinking about any sort of therapy, then look no further than here. You won't regret it. It is the best thing I have done for myself in a long time and so glad I came across Therapy Life Centre! I can't wait for my next session. Thank you ❤️
Had amazing experience with Kim having cranial.The room very calm ,with beautiful music.Takes time to get to know what's going on She very professional kind and very good at cranial .I always feel uplifted after .We visit Kim regularly to benefit our well being. Totally recommend her x
I first met Kim at MacMillan when she gave me reflexology after my breast cancer treatment. She was so kind & genuine & she really helped me manage my emotions at this difficult time. I have since discovered reiki & loved the Reiki 1 course. Kim & Kelly are inspirational & have helped me so much to manage my mental health. I am loving the reiki share evenings & being part of the reiki community. Kim & Kelly are wonderful ladies & are brilliant teachers!
I have been lucky enough to have had reflexology on a monthly basis for quite some time now with Kim. It is a wonderful treatment that I don't plan to give up any time soon.
