I cannot get the helpful and expedient service we got from Asin, he's an absolute star. He took time to explain how everything worked and all the options available. I've gone ofor the Pro and am so very happy with it! It's a Bentley compared to my older one,.much better handling and the suspension helps greatly. I'm over the moon with my purchase. I would highly recommend going to try the wheel chairs out before buying just to make sure you get the right one you are comfortable with.we went on to purchase this wheel chair last week and my mum absolutely loves it.
When we visited your showroom, we explained that we were looking for a foldable wheelchair which could be used outdoors. We were sold a wheelchair on a 14 day trial. It quickly became apparent that it was totally unsuitable for outdoors use. It would be ok for shopping centres and such like. We have returned it and are awaiting a refund.
