I was advised to try the Clear Fix, and if it didn’t resolve the scratches on my car, they would refund my money. However, they did not uphold their guaranteed return/refund policy! Now, I’m out $59.00! I only intended to purchase one bottle, but I mistakenly ordered three. As soon as I received the confirmation email, I reached out to correct the order, but they refused to change it. At 78 years old, I could have used that money for my medication or food! This feels like a scam.

This company seems close to being a scam. They claim returns are hassle-free, but that’s far from the truth. Their products are cheaply made and come from overseas, yet I have to return them at my own expense to another country. Avoid this company.
Awful customer service. After a month of sending evidence of a defective item, they claimed I hadn’t purchased it. They were referencing a completely different order. They offered to send the defective item at their expense, but then went silent. The worst service ever. Zero stars. Avoid this seller!
I ordered a hair product three months ago but it never arrived. Since then, I’ve been communicating back and forth with no resolution because they want me to provide a 'non-receipt.' What is that? The postal service never delivered it, and I’m requesting my money back. They are just a bunch of dishonest individuals, keeping my $32.95 without any shame.
