Avoid – counterfeit product and impossible returns
I strongly advise others not to order from this company.
I purchased my favourite perfume, which I’ve worn for over 10 years, believing I was buying from a UK-based website. Only after placing the order did I realise it was being shipped from Spain.
When the perfume arrived, it was clearly fake. The scent was nothing like the genuine product — it was overwhelmingly alcohol-heavy and completely lacked the depth and longevity of the authentic fragrance. After using this perfume for a decade, I know exactly how it should smell, and this was not it.
To make matters worse, returning it was practically impossible. I was told I would need to cover the return shipping costs myself, but UK postal regulations prohibit the shipping of perfumes internationally due to flammability — especially a large 100ml bottle. The Post Office confirmed it was a prohibited item, meaning I had no viable way to send it back.
I feel misled about the company’s location and extremely disappointed with the quality of the product and the lack of realistic return support.
Unfortunately, I’ve learned my lesson.
I bought 3 bottles of Nelia Rose Cologne which was very inexpensive although shipping is quite high nearly £6. Payment options like Klarna are only available for purchases over £35 so I unfortunately had to pay the whole lot in one go. Very nice items though which are mostly exclusive to their website.
