We chose to utilize a wholesale service to furnish our new fitted kitchen after browsing their website. We appreciated the variety of options and designs offered compared to typical retailers. After placing our order online, the website and checkout process were user-friendly. Our order, which included cutlery, a dinner set, glasses, and some accessories, arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, and the quality is outstanding!
I placed an order on 30th November 2025, but only a small part of the items has been delivered. There have been no updates, and despite my attempts to reach out via email and phone, I have received no response. I now wish to cancel the remainder of the order and hope to get a response here to take action.
I ordered an item that was marked as in stock, but later received an email stating it was actually unavailable and a refund would be processed. A week has passed with no refund. I eventually received it after some effort via email. I won't use this service again.

We ordered a commercial deep fryer for our takeaway six weeks ago, costing nearly £3,000. It took three weeks for delivery, and the wrong item was sent. It took another week to collect the incorrect item. Since then, we've reached out multiple times for the correct product, only to be told the supplier needs to 'check' before sending it. After two more weeks, we still haven't received the fryer and are now being asked to pay an unreasonable restocking fee for their mistake. Customer service has been terrible—unhelpful and unprofessional. We feel ignored at every turn. We're sharing this review to warn others and will seek legal advice. Avoid this company.
Buyer beware. I ordered and paid for a deep chest freezer. After two weeks without updates, I contacted support and was informed the item was out of stock. Their refusal to issue a prompt refund for an unfulfilled order is frustrating. Now, I have to pursue a chargeback with my credit card company. I rate this experience as zero stars for poor inventory management and unethical refund practices.
I was apprehensive about buying from the service after reading reviews. However, their prices were significantly lower, and I paid via PayPal. After placing my order, I received an email stating it was 'processing.' After a week, I reached out and got a reply from a representative who informed me that my order was in manufacturing. My order arrived over three weeks later and was perfect. Communication could improve, but the pricing is excellent.
