I needed to cancel my membership at the gym and I also owed an outstanding payment. Megan contacted me and she was so super friendly and helpful, I couldn’t ask for more. This wonderful human deserves a bonus of some kind. Thanks Megan for helping me.
I was due for long term sick leave due to an operation and would not be able to gym for 4-6 months and subsequently froze my membership until i could return.
There was a bit of a mix up in how i done it and so Ashbourne reached out to me.
I dealt with Megan throughout and she was brilliant. She was really patient regarding my reply time considerate of the operation and was really fair, transparent and reasonable too.
