Very Unsatisfactory Experience

My experience has been very unsatisfactory. I placed two orders over two months ago, and the items were declared lost by the courier. However, the service could not provide this information when I reached out multiple times, and I was left going in circles with vague responses. I had to contact the courier directly to learn about the lost packages. When I brought this to the service's attention, they still refused to issue a refund or take responsibility. Very poor customer service.
