Review Time
Product did not look at all like the advertised photos it was cheap plastic with a sticker on it, the stopper is a plain black stopper not a liberty bells. This is about as false of advertising a product as I've ever bought. So much so this is the first time I felt I had to write a review warning people.
I purchased two USA 250 anniversary whiskey decanters. Featured on GMA's deals and steals and advertised as a 'meaningful keepsake with a Liberty Bell stopper with meaningful weight, it was anything but. Cheap, thin molded glass decanter, with "We the People' lacquered to the front and back, there was no decorative Liberty Bell stopper. Cheap in every way! Fantyil offered 50% off the purchase price $79.98 masking it $39.99. I ordered two (one as a gift). I found this item on Amazon for $15.00.
First of all terrible communication on a nearly 90.00 item. Then i was told it was delivered, in the middle of the night....by my mailman...., item never received, eventually I learned it was supposedly delivered by some unknown delivery service (not US Mail as i was previously told). When I complained about item not being received they wanted me to track down their delivery company. They eventually offered me a 25.00 refund (not accepted) out of 90.00...which shows me they KNEW it was never received. Shady company in my opinion....BUYER BEWARE
I bought a product for nearly 100.00 but couldn't get a delivery date. Eventually, they claimed it was delivered, but I never received it. Their response was that they have no control over delivery in my country and won't take financial responsibility. I advise against ordering from them if you want to protect your money.
I would rate them even lower if possible! I ordered a motorcycle advent calendar expecting small motorcycle figures, but instead, I got generic keychains with unattached rings. A complete waste of $50. Naturally, returning it is impossible since you can't know what's inside without opening the doors. I expected something decent, but what I received was utterly disappointing.
CAUTION: FALSE ADVERTISING!! I ordered what was promised as plush animal figures but received cheap flat plastic instead! I contacted support requesting a full refund for the eight items I never received. They offered me only $15 and mentioned return shipping would cost $50-$80. I spent $163 on what I thought were adorable decorations, but receiving flat, plastic ornaments was a huge letdown. How can they justify this misleading advertising?
