We’ve bought lamps from Neora several times now and have always been happy with their products. Whenever we had a question or a small issue, the response was immediate – in our case, we even received a new light source right away. We’re very satisfied and this definitely won’t be the last lamp we buy here.
I will never order from Neora again. I ordered the New Filler to try. I used it for one month. I saw absolutely no results. I decided I wasn't going to spend $133.04 a month for 0.51oz of product. Way too expensive and because this is autoshiped they skipped the product and charged my PayPal account again. I called the company to cancel that order and also all recurring autoship. I had to return the item myself. They received the product unopened and in original package. I never received a refund from them. They stated PayPal never payed them. Which is ridiculous. I've been using PayPal for years and never had a problem. It's a good thing I used PayPal as my form of payment. PayPal refunded me. I will never oder another Neora product ever again.
I love Neora products. You have to look at your products expiration date as soon as you receive your order. I started ordering on my own because the rep would call me to much about ordering products. I order when I need them. My concern is that when I order myself that before you being your order at the top of their website you have to choose one- time order or the reoccurring auto- shipments. I always choose the one-time order. Somewhere in the order processing my order got changed to an auto- shipment. If I choose a one-time order it should be just that. They auto shipped me FIT when I haven't even started using what I had purchased in May yet. I work two jobs one at night. It will be ending soon. I can not drink the nightime tea because I have to be alert at work at night. When the auto- shipped the FIT it took away from my bill money. I called they but no one was available during their business hours. I did the online chat. They guy said that it already shipped when I know it had not. He made it seem like I was stuck with something that I did not authorize. I asked him do you have a return policy. He said yes. This should have been the option he should have given me instead of trying to convince me that I had no choice. I also asked him could I refuse the shipment. He said that would create a charge on my refund. He told me to contact them after I receive the order and they would generate a return label, but only after I had to ask and insist on a solution. I belive this is normal pratice for them to make you think it is a one-time order when it isn't. BEWARE. The products are great! It's the trickery of the sales that concern be and the expiration dates on their products.
When I initially purchased items from Neora I should’ve looked into it more because it was a subscription, which I did not realize and I was being charged monthly on top of a hefty price for the initial purchase of skin cream and facial cleanser. When I approached an agent for the company, she assured me she would reimburse me back in June or July but she never did and I kept getting charged every month. I have cancelled my subscription, but would like to warn others that might perhaps be very busy in their lives and not realize that they’ve opted into a subscription with this company.
I don't know how this will all play out but if they work with me I will edit my star rating. As of now, I feel like the company is gas lighting me. I signed up when they had buy two get an item free. Next month they included the free item in the auto ship but charged me $50 for it, without notifying me the price I originally signed up changed. So maybe I should have just assumed that I guess. Didn't want that happening again so went in to see if it just keeps everything in your cart and it does so for future reference I deleted the "free" item to see if that worked and it did. I then went and cancelled my auto ship because I knew right now with vet bills I wouldn't be able to afford it and still had a bottle left. I see when I cancelled it that they planned to process it in two days, so being proactive I decided to contact support to make sure it actually gets cancelled before shipping. They're closed so had to write up my message and send it (did it through their support not my email, that was a mistake). I got an email the next day that just said ticket closed, odd but I was glad they addressed it. A few days later I get an email that my auto ship has shipped!They said by looking at my cart and deleting an item I automatically had it processed?... And that when I contacted the customer support I didn't hit submit and their system could see a ticket was opened but not submitted so it assumed nothing needed done and automatically sent an email to say the ticket was closed...What? So then it was shipped out later because according to them no customer service person saw the ticket because the system automatically said it was closed... I am absolutely sick I will be out the costs of shipping(if they let me return it which they say they have 30 day guarantee so I'm assuming they will let me return it. But don't assume anything with this company), living on $800 a month and no housing or utility assistance, every penny counts. Don't sign up for the auto ship!
Neora sells incredible products! I love that they come with a money-back guarantee. I was exposed to Neora's business opportunity by Dustin Mitchell, and he was very direct, answering all the questions that I had. I decided that timing isn't right for me to become a distributor, but when I get to a place in my life where I can dedicate effort to building a Neora business, I will definitely partner with them the company.
Beware of this company if you make a purchase you unknowingly sign up to get monthly shipments that are automatically charged to the credit card that you used for initial order. They tell you about the shipment after its shipped so you can cancel it. After you receive the undesired order it is your responsibility to pay for return shipping. As for their products I have one word- overpriced! So if you like overpriced products that will be shipped to you month after month without your permission go for it, this is the company for you!
