Complete disappointment. I ordered several 12" records that were said to be in stock, but after a few days of waiting, I contacted them for a tracking number and was informed that the items were unavailable. When I requested a refund, I was also surprised to find out that a £2.00 cancellation fee would be charged. I will not be purchasing from them again. Stay away.

The support team has been wonderful in handling my online order and even offered to deliver it when I mistakenly selected the wrong collection point. I enjoy purchasing from them as they truly give back to the community with concerts, in-store events, and signings that cater to all tastes.

I ordered a record that ended up having different cover art than what was advertised. I reached out to the support team for assistance from the US, and they were incredibly responsive. They investigated the situation and found that the label had provided the wrong photo. They offered various options to resolve the issue and were very helpful throughout. I was truly impressed with their effort to understand and fix my problem. I decided to keep the record and became a fan of the company. Avoid this company at all costs, what a hassle. I order vinyl from many online retailers and personal sellers, and I've never encountered such nonsense. I placed an order as a gift, and typically with other companies, you pay and it ships without issue. Two days later, I found in my junk email that they hadn't charged for postage, so they held my items for future orders over £75 for free shipping. They asked if I wanted to wait or pay an additional £4.99 for immediate shipping. I was shocked. I requested a refund, and they informed me of a £2.00 cancellation fee or a full refund via a gift voucher instead. Why would I? I wish I had read reviews before ordering.
