The technician who came to repair the shower this morning was courteous and accommodating. Unfortunately, the service was not very helpful in arranging for someone to address the issue. I was unwell when I discovered the malfunctioning shower knob and couldn’t manage a visit, but the service deemed it non-urgent, leading to a longer wait for repairs.
I'm shocked by how poorly I've been treated by the staff (not the workmen, I should clarify), and I haven't even received a visit or an email from anyone official from the company. It's as if they don't care about how their staff treats their residents.

Today I reported that the main entry door to our development wasn't opening with the fob provided to residents. I was told this was a critical emergency, yet nine hours later, it remains unresolved, leaving care providers unable to gain access. The company has a duty of care for its residents, which is being consistently ignored due to their incompetence and lack of concern.
This is a review for the repair technician who visited my home twice in two days to fix several issues. I’m extremely impressed with the high standard of work he completed, and he was very respectful of my home and myself. It was enjoyable to chat with him, as he was easy to talk to. He tidied up after himself and, most importantly, resolved my issues, so thank you.
Our neighbors share a damaged fence with us. I've asked the company to meet and discuss repairs, but their representative shows no interest. I've requested a site visit, but they keep directing us to insurance companies, avoiding engagement with us on this matter.
I completely agree with a previous post regarding similar experiences. This situation has persisted since 2018 without resolution. I've limited my contact with the company to written communication, but even then, I receive many misleading comments. I always request a recorded meeting, which they refuse. It feels like a controlling action on their part.
I regret getting involved with the company due to their terrible customer service and invalid warranties on new builds. I've lived here for 2.5 years but couldn't stay here for about a year due to toilets and sinks backing up with waste. Now, after 2.5 years, I have a pillar leaning toward my gas mains, and I'm told there's nothing they can do, despite the warranty. Stay away from this terrible company!
