Worst estate agents ever

Worst estate agents ever. I would not recommend anyone to use their services. Colleagues are full of crap. I viewed a property and was told to leave a holding deposit which I did. As references weren’t taken up within the time the tenancy was delayed by a day. But they were adamant for me to pay the security deposit after many exchanges requesting that the date of tenancy needs to be updated to the day of me moving into the property. I was told by this Adina that she then needed to check with the landlord if the tenancy date could be moved forward. Meantime her colleague Solomon sent me a message saying he’d spoken to the landlord regarding changing the date of tenancy. Two dumb people working closely together yet providing different pieces of information. I asked to withdraw my offer due to this as the information provided was different. They are refusing to give me my deposit back due to lack of communication amongst themselves. Legal advice requested and will be taking this matter further. The director of this company really needs to look at the employees they have hired as this has given them a really bad name as a company and have sent the word viral for no one to reach out to such an unprofessional company. This is stealing from people and pocketing themselves. So shameful to be known as human beings.

What can I say? Aston Square is a gem of the property management world. Having rented different properties over the last 20 years. I have now been in my current property for about a year. Gabriella Cantor is by far the best property manager ever. Responds and resolves all issue super quickly. I feel truly lucky to have Aston Square, especially Gabriella as my property manager.
